I will always give credit where credit is due, and Citymob is well deserving of a good mention.
I ordered an item on their website some time ago, and unfortunately due to their suppliers moving warehouse, they were not able to deliver my item on time. However, I must commend Citymob on their service recovery. At no point in the process did i get frustrated, as each time I asked where my order was, I recieved a promt responce, updating me as to the issues they were experiencing.
where I didnt ask, I recieved updates anyway letting me know when to expect my goods.
Every company has its issues, but the ones that succeed on customer service, and understand that as customers, we just want to know whats happening, are the companies that win.
