Poor Quality of Produce and Service

Where do I begin... Rotten and mouldy tomatoes. When I complianed about it the Manager [when he eventually pitched up] told me there was nothing wrong with them. Mouldy and black tomoatoes are not ok. When I asked to open a fresh bag I was told that it is not policy to do so and I must take the rotten ones. I left that time to Wollies accross the road. I was told the next time that I couldn't use the pen from the till because I would it! and that pens are not for customers. Then I emailed head office to voice my concerns - I did get a reply from the store. I was in a meeting and Thabang left me a message. NO number and when I tried to call back on the missed number, it was a fax number. The problem for Rivonia PnP is that there is a Wollies, a 24 hr Spar and they are buliding a Checkers superstore on their doorstep. It is not OK to treat customers like this PnP! Like I said in the email, the only time I had good service at any PnP was during the strike with the temporary staff. Too big for your boots will only get you so far!
