I usually visit your branch at northgate but since I work near Clearwater, I been there twice now. The first consultant I dealt with was very friendly and very good. Im not sure of her name, shes a bi chubby with big hair, bright eyeshadow and a very friendly personality. I visited them again last week, not sure whom the cnsltnt was but she had a very drab atitude, she hurt me cuticles which grew scabs afterwards and she rushed as she had a regular waiting for her. I told her I wanted the nails of average length. She said once she files them down, they will be shorted. I dont think she wanted to spend any more time on cutting them again. I had red acrylic tips put on. I couldnt manage with them since that day, unfortunately I was off sick with bronchitis, had no voice and Im 8 months pregnant so I could not call or go back to the store. Im addressing this matter today as I have only gotten back to work today. I called in this morn and spk to Lindi whom then advised me that I will have to pay for a re-glaze if you re-size it for me. I am not prepared to spend another cent more than the R350 that I spent already. If thats the case then do a soak off ad I wil never use perfect 10 again
