I opened the acc with russells on the 1st of july, they never told me they had the problems. There's no manager they'll hv to wait for someone from the head offices to approve our things. And now they are saying deliveries are made newcastle but im in volksrust. Its 19th today still nothing when i call them they say, they dont know what is happening cause newcastle had already delivered but i have not got mine. I regret why i opened the account there.
