CAT & MOUSE GAME SIMPLY FOR NOT BEEN AN ACC HOLDER

THERE IS A JACKET THAT I AM TRYING TO PURCHASE WHICH I CALLED SEVERAL BRANCHES IN THE DURBAN REGION AND WAS ADVISED TO GET THE BARCODE AND THEY COULD ORDER IT FOR ME, AFTER GETTING THE BARCODE, I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I CANNOT ARRANGE FOR THE ITEM TO BE ORDERED AS I WAS NOT AN ACCOUNT HOLDER AS I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, AFTER CONTACTING THE HEAD OFFICE AND GIVING THE DETAILS, I WAS ADVISED THERE WAS NO STOCK SO I CALLED MYSELF AND PHONED NUMEROUS BRANCHES IN SOUTH AFRICA TO WHICH I CONFIRMED THAT THE PMB BRANCH HAD STOCK AND REQUESTED THAT THE SALES CONSULTANT PHYSICALLY CHECK THAT THEY DO HAVE THE STOCK TO WHICH RHETT CNFD YES AND WAS THEN SENT AN EMAIL TO ARRANGE FOR PAYMENT TO BE MADE ONLY TO GET A CALL STATING THERE IS NO STOCK... SERIOUSLY AFTER COSTING ME NUMEROUS CALLS AND CONFIRMING THERE WAS STOCK AND THEN WITHIN 3 HOURS THERE ISNT IS NOT FAIR TO ME AS A CLIENT, I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THE STAFF AND GOT MY HOPES US AND MESSED ME AROUND AND TO JUST GET AN I APOLOGISE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, IS THIS THE SERVICE SIMPLY BECAUSE I AM NOT AN ACCOUNT HOLDER, HOW DOES HEAD OFFICE CNF THAT THERE IS STOCK AND ITS KEPT AWAY FOR ME AND THEN THE STORE SAY THERE ISNT???
