After i once again reported the incident below to Mandla Dlamini/Operations Manager from Cresta Shopping Centre there are no feedback or response.
I have suffered a significant loss of income, due to negligence of the shopping centre. I am a contractor and if im not at work i do not get paid. I blame the shopping centre for hosting seacret.
A company called seacret products from the dead sea, sold me an overpriced item, and when i wanted to return it in its original packaging unopened they refused to refund me. They also made me to believe that their company have a special arrangement with the banks not to charge any interest over an affordable payment period. This was a and i found myself in a financial predicament and eventually had a mental breakdown within the shopping centre. I believe, nothing was done about it these dodgy operations that is in contravention of the CPA. No feedback from the centre management after i returned to them to state my case. They wanted me to go to the police if i feel like it. I got humiliated and ignored as a shopper, landed up in their own mediworx clinic and now their clinic is handing me over because my medical aid didn't cover the cost.
