On the 18th may 2013 my family went shopping to vodacom 4u in the centre and my daughters handbag was from the babys pram. When they asked vodacomto check the cctv they were told that they were unable to do so. They reported the at a police station and opened a case. The next day i phoned the centre management and was told that they would investigate but they are not responsible for any loss. I went to vodacom on the 2 nd june to vodacom who said that they dont have the cctv clip. I then went to see the centre manager who was not in and left a message. Yesterday i phoned the manager who was not available and left a message again. I strongly suspect that there are gangs of pickpockets operating in the centre and management is not warning the shoppers of this dangerous gangs as they fear the loss of clientele.
