3 weeks ago (30/07/2013) I went to stuttafords in Pavallion-durban to order a navy-Ben Sherman bicker jacket and was told it will be delivered the following weeknd (6/07/2013). I left my contact details and told I wil be contacted upon delivery. I didnt get no call from the store regarding the progress, I decided to visit the store to find out. When I got to the store on the 7th/07/2013 the gentlyman I spoke to as the lady (Sherryl) at the customer service desk didnt know anything about my order, so everythin had to be start afresh and let my particulars and told I will be contacted. I waited the whole week again and nothing seem to materialised. On monday the 15th/07/2013 decided to visit the store again and when i got there I spoke the lady (Sherryl) who helped me first (30th/06/2013) and she made up some stories about the store in Eastgate mall in JHB doing stock-taking and could take some weeks before it could be delivered. I'm so angry about the treatment I ancounted at Stuttarords Pavallion they should have at list had the decency to tell me that they would not be able to deliver than making up excuses that dont mak sense.
