I have reported the following query of mine to Pick ' n Pay Smart Shopper division on he 17th July 2013 and received the following reference number 289350 and was informed that i would be hearing shortly from their Management. as yet no contact from them. The story is that I and my spouse have been banned entrance from this store by the proprietor and him wife because of other reasons than being a criminal. My banning was due to the fact of winning 1 labour cases against the proprietor at CCMA level and the other at in house labour dispute level. At this time I was an employee of this branch there after I was retrenched and banned from the store. My husband was also banned due to reporting this matter to Pick 'n Pay head office. Now I sit with points accumulated on the Smart Card system of pick 'n Pay and cannot retrieve them as this pick 'n Pay is the only branch in Robertson. Could you be instrumental in obtaining an answer for mw as how to go about the retrieval there of. many thanks
