I placed an order with Exclusive Books, Walmer Park (Port Elizabeth) in December 2012. I ordered the book from the store, because I have a voucher, and have been advised that I am unable to make use of this voucher online.
The order was placed, and I was advised that it should arrive within approximately 6 -8 weeks. 8 months later and I am still waiting. I have been advised that whomever the staff member was that first placed the order, ordered an out of print book (!!) I went to the store personally on quite a few occasions to follow up on my order, and this was never picked up earlier!?! I was also promised by the staff members who served me that they would follow up on my order - and think, that surely if they did, they would have realised that an out-of-print book had been ordered. After "making some noise" this error was finally picked up in April, and I was assured that the correct book had been ordered. It is now July - a full 3 months have passed, and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have e-mailed to follow up, but have received no reply.
