Poor Customer Service

I have sent my microwave in for repairs on the 15 April 2013, to date no one has contacted me to advise on the status. When contacting the store Jacky is not available my details are taken and no one gets back. I have paid up my account and have accepted charges to have the microwave repaired but the lack of concern and customer service is pathetic.
