I ordered flowers online on the 28 june 2013 to be delivered on 5 july 2013 as it was my sister's birthday.
The flowers were never delivered. I enquired with kershia what the delay was and apparently she was not sure how the flowers were still left in the shop and had not been despatched for delivery but was willing to deliver it the next day together with a box of chocolates to make up for the non delivery to which I declined.
I had asked her for a refund. I have called the store asking for my refund and I get told kershia will call me back. Its now the 17 july 2013. No sign of kershia! No sign of my refund!
This service is appalling!!
