We purchased a LG washing machine about 4 months ago. On Thursday it didn't want to wash and when it eventually did, it made such a noise as if the underneath had fallen out. On Friday with great frustration we contacted HI-Fi Corp, and they kept on phoning for various information. They cant seem to do everything at once. On Saturday I received a call from Praneel who informed me that the technicians will come out on Friday 19/07/2013. Which I agreed. On Saturday afternoon, I received ANOTHER call from Charmaine asking for the serial number, which my husband gave her. Today I received yet ANOTHER call from a rude female who wants the serial number AGAIN. I informed her I am at work and I want my machine fixed. She had the audacity to tell me to "Listen, I am trying to help you" Hello, excuse me I paid cash for that machine and I want it fixed by the said date.
