I spoke to Johann on the 16 Jan 2013 enquiring if he'd be able to assist with some branded tattoos for an event taking place in 2 weeks. He assured me that I would have my tattoos within that time frame on the condition that artwork was approved and full payment was received. He requested company info from me for invoicing and sent me an invoice on 17 Jan 2013. He sent me artwork to be approved 21 Jan 2013. I made the full payment Of over R3000 as requested on 22 Jan 2013. Since then it's been a non-stop battle to get hold of Johann. Numerous phone calls, voicemails, emails etc. NO REPLY. NO ANSWER. When you do eventually get hold of him he promises to get back to you and cycle repeats. What can be done here? Please help.
