Order was placed for 10 boxes eggs to be delivered. I received the pro forma invoice from the company with the banking details and was order to pay the total order amount upfront and faxed the proof of payment so that the can arrange with the courier company for delivery. I was informed that the courierdetails will be forwarded to me and that the delivery will take place the next day 18;00. As on 11/07/2013 I received a sms saying I must check my e-mails where I was informed that there are no stock available but he will refund my money without any problems I must forward my banking details. At 19;18 I received a sms saying that they will only refund my money next week Monday or I must order 15 boxes more.? Where is the shortage now? They cant provide me with 10 boxes but they are prepared to deliver 25.
