Last week sometime my boss placed a order from @home the glen. Moboloko Padime then sent the tax invoice, tax invoice was paid on Wednesday 29/1 and proof of payment was sent immediately as we needed the items delivered to us NO LATER than this coming Thursday 6/2 and Maboloko was WELL AWARE of this. Since last Wednesday she was ALWAYS unavailable and I then spoke to Tsbego who also was no help at all, then Colin apparently the store manager who has also not got back to me. we have paid almost R19000.00 for this order. Due to lack of skill our order was somehow only placed today and now will only receive delivery in 7 WORKING DAYS? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I NEED DELIVERY ON THURSDAY! This is a import/export company and it can not go later!
