Waiting for Refund

I'm in the process of renovating my home and have recently purchase building suppliers from Columbia DBL (Pty) Ltd. The goods were ordered tew telephonically and somehow the sales person placed the order for the incorrect bricks. The goods were paid for before the delivery and when we realised the incorrect product was delivered we immediately contacted the supplier.

The supplier advised we need to place a seperate order, pay the full amount of the new order and they will refund the amount of the previous order.

Its been 2 weeks of back and forth with the company to get me money. I've been asked numerous times for the same details (i.e banking details, invoice number, etc) but still have not received the refund. It does seem like a delay tactic but i'm not sure why.

I was not given any explanation but I was told that my money will be deposited by 26th Feb and still this has not happened.

Columbia DBL (Pty) Ltd provides a pathetic service and their accounting department does not know what they are doing. I will definitely not be doing further business with this company.
