I dont understand why staff doesnt have relievers

I went there on the 1st fine the guys were offline i undrestand i had to return to my workplace, so i returned the following day on my 1 hour lunch to withdraw my daughters money so that my mum can take her to see an ear specialist guess what the lady whose supposed to assist me is on an 1hr and half lunch and her till was close and i was told to come back @ 4 0, CLOCK which to me is service, and i understand customer service you can not return a customer back more than 2 times how can a big company like pnp have one cashier and supervisor to run such a big (service) as money transfer this is my money and i have the right to withdraw at their operating hours

it doesnt matter whose there whose not there..im so furiuos mad angry and disapointed by the service i have been getting in that store so i returned on monday i was told to come back @11 TOOK MY 30MIN tea break now these guys are messing with my head haawu... k fine i get assisted no 1 told me the 1st time i have to keep the pin so now fine i had to return i forgot the dammn pin been running around for 7 days.then the money is now with the depositer funny when i called i was told its still in my acc.mad as
