Good day. I purchased clothing at Woolworths the 10th of July, during a lunch break.
You have sweats and chocolates on shelves near the payment area. Some toddlers
were running up and down as their parent payed. As I was paying for the clothing and
waiting for the purchase to go through I turned around and saw the toddler, a little girl,
taking a chocolate flake from the shelf and putting it into her mouth. I mentioned it to
the lady behind the till and she asked the parent to take control, but parent wansn't forced
to pay for the item, which I felt should have been the case. For hygenic purposes, can you please
put edible things on shelves out of reach of toddlers?
