Not adhering to contractual obligations

I recently discovered when applying for home finance that my furniture city account appears to be in arrears however I have a signed debit order with furniture city and as per our contract date of debit last working day of each month. Furniture city debited my account prematurely on the 28 th of September 2010 which is contrary to our agreement hence the debit order was not honored as I receive my salary on the last working day of the month. I had visited the branch in Alberton several times to try and resolve without any resolution to my query. Apon taking the matter up with them today, I was told to settle the amount in full. Furthermore interest charges to my account have been debited as result of their mistake and now resulting in my credit scoring being effected due to no fault of mine. I would appreciate senior management at furniture to intervene in this matter as I have been a long standing client and my account history will show that I am a timeous payer. Please revert back to me ASAP as this is jeopardizing my home finance approval and should I fail to meet the suspensive conditions as per the agreement of sale as result of this I will hold furniture city liable.
