I Purchased a pendant and earing set on Saturday 06/07/13 and it broke on Sunday 07/07/2013 I returned to the store on Monday 08/07/13 to ask for my money back, the lady helping me tried and tested my patience with a variety of excuses of why she should not return my money, she quite seemed to enjoying sighing due to her growing frustration with me, once she realized I would not budge she proceeded to take the money out of the till and slam it down on the counter in front of me. I did not once receive an apology. This was not the first time I have experienced problems with this store and I will most definitely not be returning.
