We had a problem with our beds we bought from Dogs Life. We notified Dogs Life of the problem via email and received a phone call from Ta at dogs life within 10 minutes. After chatting to Ta, she advised two new beds would be delivered to the shop we bought the beds from at no additional cost. The beds were delivered within 3 days. You do often often receive such exceptional service and I would just like to thank everyone at Dogs Life for their efforts. You were spectacular.
