Have a faulty ps3 purchased in feb this year. System overheats and turns off.
Dropped it off at incredible connection on Sat 29/06/2013, this is also where i purchased it.
Called today 08/07/2013, to enquire for any updates, as i have not heard from anyone. To find, that nothing has been done. It is still in store, and no call has been logged as yet. The ladies excuse is that she was sick all week and hijacked too. I find it hard to believe, that a whole department stands still when one employee is absent.
I was told that it would take a maximum of 10 working days to return. Is this still possible when they have wasted six.
