Appalling customer service

Account was opened in dec 2012 and never received card, used it once and missed a payment and used banking details supplied on the statement sent, its july 2013 and all my payments made via internet banking still arent allocated to my account and they've listed dme on the credit bereau, have been callin numerous times at aragroup and only this week seems im getting a hint of assistance. i have been instore at woolies fourways and still there, seems the prrof of payment was never faxed not sure if its due to lack of knoweldge regarding a fax machine or the head quarters people are incompetant. its not my problem that woolwoths has more than one account with absa but their accounts dept should be able to allocate payments to relevant accounts.
next time they should state the various accounts and which is for what kind of payment cos their statements only have the direct deposit account details. with regards to ara group, it doesnt make sense to be sending me numerous smses and when i do call in i have to repeat myself about my account, have spokent to various consultants that ive lost track.
its unnacceptable since they've gone to the extent of listing me!!!
