I had bought Lolipops and fizzers, and each packet was one less than stipulated on the packet. I tried to call customer services but I could not get through to them, so I looked up their details online and got another number which I called. The lady was friendly and she said she would refer the matter to the right person.
I received a call while I was in the middle of something and could not answer it, but a few hours later they tried again and it was the Tiger Brand people. I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but she was so friendly, she addressed the matter professionaly and I was even given vouchers to make me happy, it worked. :)
