Absolutely Useless "Customer Service"

Bought Levis Jeans (Demi Curve) Took jeans back to Clearwater yesterday to change for Supreme Curve. Stood in Customer Service Queue for 15 mins & got to Sharon's counter. Extremely unhelpful. Said she can't help, I need to go back downstairs to speak to someone in the ladies dept. Told her I'd just been standing in the queue for 15 mins & couldnt she assist. She eventually called Joy from the ladies department after I asked to chat to the manager. She spoke in another language, not thinking that as the customer I didn't understand what she was discussing. I told Sharon to leave it & as I walked away Joy arrived. She told me not all branches stock Levis. I asked her to source the pair I want. Told her I'm not in a rush & even if it takes a week, I'll wait. Soon after leaving the store, I got an sms stating that they are out of stock. Had a discount voucher I used when I bought the jeans which should be deducted from the cost of the replacement jeans. I wasted time & money (parking) for nothing. Why have Fashion Hotline if they are lazy to use it? Why can the right pair not be sourced if they stock Levis? No wonder I stopped using my acc!
