I went to Pick 'n Pay @ Somerset Mall on Friday the 18th of Jan 2012 just after 16:30. Just wanting to buy a packet of chips I went to the kiosk because there were people with big trolleys of groceries at just a few open tills. The lady was just standing there packing out some stuff. I asked her if I can pay and she told me in the rudest way that she was busy and I can go and stand in the other q's. There were no closed till or any sign up but not wanting to make any trouble and went to the other tills. 5 minutes later when I walked past the same lady was helping 2 other ladies. How does this work? Can they choose who they want to help or not? Well one thing is certain, I will never go to that shop ever again. If someone can't treat a client with respect they are not worthy of there business.
