I wanted to order a bikini I submitted a question asking whether or not the item cold be returned if it dit not fit me, the answer i got was very rude, saying I should read the Ts&Cs.
Then I ordered the item and waited.
The next day I sent an email asking why I had not heard anything from them regarding a tracking number.
The reply I got was that I am belligerent and demanding and should read THE BIG RED BOX (yes, in capital letters) again.
The service is very poor and the person corresponding with clients is extremely rude! I was very shocked at the response, sure they might get irritated with repetitive questions, but in today's bad economy should people not try and keep clients happy???
I am very disgusted and would NOT recommend anybody purchase from them.
