I WANT MY MONEY BACK- BAD SERVICE

Ought a couch on 4th May and was told it takes 6-8 weeks to be done. I waited patiently for my couch. I received an email on 24 June 2013 to say it will be ready for collection on 27th and that I should expect a call on teh 26th to confirm... No phone call until I phoned on Friday 28th (excatly 2months as per agreement) I was told couch is not ready and there is a sale at the fatory and therefore they do not process collections or deliveries. Got an email on Monday to say I can collect on Tuesday. Went to collect on Tuesday, after having waited for 1hr:30mins, there came my couch in a completely wrong colour. They tried convincing me that it was the right colour and that I could have not seen it properly in the store because of the lighting... bull. Took the couch so i can see it in light at home... guess what wrong colour... Sales person agreed that its not what I ordered... The Ops Manager Micky Kruger then replied to my email and said he will call to resolve, ... till now as i am writing this mail-no phone call. He to the sales manager and said he left a message for me... Clearly R12796 is nothing to Bakos Brothers. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
