A month ago I bought a pair of shoes from Zando online shopping store... it wasn't 3 days before my heel tip was missing, so i sent it off for repairs and when it came back the same thing happened about 4 times over. Eventually i after a month of nonsense with this shoe i sent an email and a picture of the shoe at around 3:30pm to their services department. I reaceived a call back from Badhre at 4pm same day to say that they have received my query and becasue i've gone over the 14 day return policy, they have sent my request through to. At 4:30pm, same day, Badhre had called back to say that they dont have my size in the same shoe but can i please look at another shoe for the same price? The very next day my shoe was on its way to me without any hassle. It was a great experience, I will never stop buying from Zando. THANK YOU FOR BEING MY ONE STOP SHOPPING STORE.
