I ordered a pair of shoes on Zando, paid for it on-line. I then realised after receiving it that the shoes where to small, I called back the next day informing them that the shoe was to big.
They logged call to have the shoes picked up, so that I can reorder the correct size. This was the 18th of March 13 and I am still waiting for someone to contact me about collection.
However in this time I went onto the sight and realised that the shoe is no longer in stock. I am HIGHLY UPSET about this service. To crown it off they have already debited my account and now I'm stuck with shoes that do not fit me!!!
