Failing to send cd that wasn't delivered

I oredered a few things from CNA online. I receivec an email on the 19th March 2013 to notify me my order has been dispatched.
When my package arrived, I notified them immediately that the Nickelback Here & Now CD that I ordered did not arrive with my DVD & books.
It took them forever to get back to me (23rd April) including a few more emails & threat that I'll be posting a complaint here.
But I am beyond peeved now as I haven't heard anyhing further yet & it's already the 1st of July.
Please help.
