We have been purchasing from ABI since the beginning of the year - in bulk. in the last 2 months we have found stock that expired in March 2013. But we rotate and move stock quickly. When we complained to the representative, we were told to check the expiry date when the items are delivered and no credit or replacement can be made.
I have a major problem with that:-
1. Most of the time delivery is done when we are busy with other things.
2. The expiry date is printing on the bottle or can, under the shrink.
So I ask, with tears in my eyes, how are we to see the dates?
Is ABI so big and well know that they can push us around like that?
So sad.
