Expired rusted can

To Whom it may concern.
This morning I bought a can of coca cola light at the vending machine at Wynberg Magistrate court on the ground floor... I then checked the base of the can for the expiry date and found the can had rust at the base and the can of coke was expired... the expiry date read 10 oct 2013... please address this issue as soon as possible before people get sick..I have reported the issue to the court staff..
