Look and Listen store, Cresta, has been exceptionally helpful with various requests that I have asked for and the person in particular that deserves much commendation is Frederick. He has been keeping in touch with the suppliers of certain goods as well as liaising with me on the progress of orders. Difficult items have been tracked down because of his determination to his job and devotion to keeping customers happy.
