This is the 5th time I have had incorrect pricing at the till at Clicks. and at this branch in Greenstone. The other 4 times I was irate but did not take it further. This was the final straw as the response was a mealy-mouthed apology with no explanation and no indication of what will be done to correct the situation. On this occasion I bought two bottles of Daily Goodness handwash and the shelf talker advertised that with any two purchases of D/G products there would be included a free hand and nail cream worth R24, 99. When I got to the till the amount of R24, 99 was also included in my till slip and I had to get them to reverse it - after taking the Manager to the shelf to show him what Clicks were advertising. Often, because I am aware of specials, I have found that I have been overcharged anything from R5 to R20 at Clicks - one of the other instances was on a L'Oreal product. This time I have kept the till slip as proof of what happened should anyone need it. How many other people has this happened to?
