I took out a additional loan from Woolworths, I asked the consultant what my new installments would be when she gave it to me i agreed and asked her to proceed with the loan, a few days later I get a sms from Woolworths giving me a complete different total from the one I agreed to much higher - I have now spoken to 30 people the last one today Zingi who said an hour ago that she will call me back. and what upset me is that since last week i need to repeat the same story but the matter is not being solved! i want my money back! Woolworths must only deduct the amount I agreed to with the consultant i spoke to when taking out this loan!
