I am so upset and feel after several attempts writing to woolworths that maybe now something will happen. I had a loan with them and it was on a debit order. We paid off the loan and now for two months they still debit the R388. I phoned the head office and they confirmed im paid up and problem will be solved... its still not solved. Can someone PLEASE solve my account and pay me my money back for the 2 debit orders that went off.
