First response - Approved - Then declined??

I applied for a Loan Just 30 days after setteling and Existing loan. After one week i recieved NO response, So on following Up i spoke to Vuyo on Friday 12 April and she confirmed twice that the new loan had been approved and that it will be paid out the following week. I followed up again on Monday and was told a different story, There was system issues and the bottom of all Vuyo gave me incorrect info. I already made commitments on this and was disapointed so I spoke to the Supervior that promised to come back to me, Needles to say till now and after 5 messages she has not bothered to phoen back. I want Woolworths to honour the commitmnt of the loan their uninformed staff made on their behalf. You can not inform a customer of 5 years that a loan has been approved and then 3 days later change your mind... If I was a bad payer on my other accounts it would have been understandable but the treatment I am getting now is totally unacceptable.
