I bought a pack of 2kg Omo Auto mainly due to the fact that a free gift was offered. I sent an sms costing R1 and received a reply that I would be called to make an appointment for the free mani/pedi WITHIN 48 HOURS. That was Sunday 9 June, 96 HOURS LATER, I gave them a call on the number provided. Their excuse was that they did not expect such high volumes. Now, If I put a promotion on every pack of Omo, surely I can expect high volumes. They said that we would get a call the NEXT WEEK. Today 264 HOURS LATER, I still have not received a call. Thanks for that Unilever, remember brand loyalty is a two way street. Anyway, I've wanted to give Ariel a try anyway.
