I went to your pick n pay in Meadowlands on the 15 Jan 13, took al the groceries i needed after the cashier scanned everything, I produced my driver's licence and RCS Card to effect the payment.
She told me they don't accept RCS, I asked her why as all other PNP do she called her supervisor.
The supervisor told me they had a lot of frauds with it hence they don't accept it, what upset me is that there is no sign that state RCS NOT WELCOMED.
I wasted my petrol driving to Meadowlands for service that was not rendered, equip your Managers/Supervisor to equip us customers of what your store does and not accept.
