BAD MANAGEMENT NO FORM OF COMUNICATION

On the 27th-06-2013 i walked into a game store in edenvale greenstone shopping centre to buy two cold drinks
i then got to the the till to pay with my card the cashier then swiped my card and told me it was declined i told her that it was impossible because there was money in i then paid cash as she was still ringing out the goods i got a sms saying that the amount was debited i showed it to her she then referred it to her manager that assured me that it was a system error and it will be credited to my account the next day. today 28-06-2013
i went to the store to enquire about it and i even told the lady that was helping me that i don't want the money
back they can just give me another two cokes she called the manager which was very rude since she came she then told me to get a statement proving the money went off which i did i then returned to to the store they called her twice on her phone and she made me wait almost 45min eventually the lady Miriam which was very help-full called Micheal Morton the floor manager and he sorted the matter out in a sec so i want to congratulate Miriam and Micheal for their good service maybe Joann can learn something from them
