My boyfriend ordered and paid for a handbag fron Heavenly Footwear on 05 December 2012 as a Christmas gift to me. To date, we have still not received the handbag or refund. I have sent many emails, have tried calling her numerous times but no response whatsoever. I have put messages on the Facebook page, which seems to have been deleted as well.
Absolutely appalling service and plain simple!
