4weeks ago I ordered 2 rings form one of the distributors - and ever since I have been waiting and waiting and no rings, the distributor tried to help me - and she phoned and tried to find out when we will be getting the rings, and every time the head office just says we will get it this week - well 4 weeks has gone by already and I still have no ring.
The distributor sits with orders that was made in May already and she is still waiting for the stock to arrive.
I am very upset about this as I was so looking forward to wearing the rings that I ordered but this - this is just upsetting!!!
I was willing to start supporting Cazabella - but if this is the kind of service that I will be getting - then I would rather not recommend any one to use there products or order from them as they order and you don't get anything in return.
i would just like to get some feedback and some service.
