On the 26th of June, I accompanied my niece to open an account @ this pathetic store. lounge suite worth R13000.00 &; 82cm Samsung. they where delivered same day. the chairs where the ones on display the ones the staff was chilling on when we entered. the most appalling is the TV its the very same one they where watching in the branch. & as proof tht it was used. it came in a unsealed 32inch Box & the remote had no batteries. the TV has a volume problem it rises & lowers itself plus they didn't even advise us of delivery costs. they charged over R600 for a less than 10km delivery. as if that wasn't enough trauma. that stupid woman asked for referrals my niece gave her few of her colleagues names, this morning she get texts from these referrals telling her that they were told abt her account how much was approved they even new what she took with her credit. how DUMB & indiscreet can u be. now we are subjected to explaining to people who had no business knowing our business. doesn't Ellerines train their staff? im going to go public with this should it not be handled to my satisfaction. there are endless furnisher shops. we dont have to put up with this DISGUSTING service
