I bought a King Koil bed in Ellerins Mabopane in September in December the base just broke while sleeping. Reported the case at Customer service i didn't get any ref nr and i did ask for it the Guy who helped me said i dnt' need in they wil call me, waited for 10 days nothing from their side and i made follow up, they lady who helped said there's no quiry on the system she's going to logg one and send the sms. meanwhile a don't have a bed and i paying for insurance and extended warranty for something of that poor quality, after few days someone called and sayd i have to wait again there's no stock in storage, i mean King Koil its a big company i dnt think it takes them even 2 days to manufacture a bed,
So im dissapointed in Ellerins the way the handled a matter and King Koil for the quality of their Beds
