Below is a report i submitted on the 29th of July 2013, your response was to give my body sometime to get used to the bed, but that still has not happened!!
I purchased a King Koil bed set in June 2013 at Furniture City at Menlyn Retail Park. When I bought the bed the sales person assured me that it was of good quality, but to my surprise the experience with the bed has been so bad that i have now resorted to using my old bed. I wake up daily with aches and pains, i can feel the springs on the mattress when i sleep, the bed is just so uncomfortable that i dread going to bed every night.
