Two weeks ago WFS (Woolworths Financial Services) calle dand offered me a credit card, I later e-mailed them asking information about the credit card, such as interest rate, charges etc. I have sent 3 e-mails to WFS and no-one has even bothered to reply. Their service is shocking and when you call the customer care line their phones just simply ring and no-one seems to answer.
