Wife found a bee in a sealed 500ml jive bottle that was bought at Game Parow Centre. Spoke to shaun at jive, bottle was send to lab and results came back, they claim not enough evidence to say bee was in bottle when it left the factory. Shaun said will reimburse us for dr fees, milk for baby and phonecalls that was made from contract cellphone. DR.said wife is ok she did not swallow the bee and everything OK.We fax relevant documents he required including bank account number. He phoned on 19TH of june claiming money was transfered, phoned again on 20th june saying money was not transfered management claimed not enough evidence to say bee was in bottle when it left the factory. He even apologised and we were understanding each other but then he replied by lying to us and saying indirectly people r planting items in containers. We as jive drinkers very upset how issue were dealt with.
