3rd Bad Service Experience in a row

Since the birth of my child I have become a regular earthchild shopper and probably have up to now bought most of what is available in his age group. I regularly go to both Cavendish and Waterfront but the service at these stores are worlds apart. Waterfront is great, accommodating, goes the extra mile and extremely friendly and professional. Cavendish on the other hand is disgusting. The store manager is extremely unprofessional in her behaviour and the staff, the last few visits have been disinterested in assisting. You are made to feel as if they doing you a favour or you disturbing them. ( e.g. the manager and staff was merchandising while the store was open, there was 2 other customer besides myself in the store shopping and the manager shouted loud enough for all to hear " I wish this store was closed so we can get done with our work, one of the customers put down all her items and walk out". The last 3 visits to the store has been so off putting I'm getting to the stage where I would rather go with out the product then purchase there.

Hope something is done to improve this as its a real pity.
